HOT SURFACE COATING 300 is a thermal insulating water-based
formula, unique combination of high-temperature resins and eight
different types of ceramics. The technology used in this coating
makes it possible to create a high performance thermal insulating
layer for energy savings and improved process efficiency.
The product is to be applied in multiple coats to obtain the thickness required. The first coat is the most important and should be applied very thin. |
HOT SURFACE COATING 300 is not an intumescent material, even though it is characterised by a good resistance to fire. It is non-toxic and non-flammable.
It is the ideal substrate for protective coatings such as Super Therm or Enamo Grip W/B.
HOT SURFACE COATING 300 can be applied on most surfaces (metal, concrete, resins).
To improve personnel safety. |
